Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately - Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations, ensuring responsible alcohol service - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner Skills: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register - Excellent math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients and calculating bills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of restaurant and food service industry standards - Time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours - Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of beer is a plus - Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change accurately - Experience using POS (Point of Sale) systems is preferred Join our team today and showcase your bartending skills while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
