Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations Handle cash transactions efficiently using basic math skills and retail math principles Assist in food service operations when needed, including serving food or catering events Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and adhere to legal drinking age requirements Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar patrons seamlessly

Experience

Previous experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests confidently Experience in food handling, serving, catering, or food safety protocols is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods Knowledge of the food industry and hospitality standards to ensure excellent service delivery Basic math proficiency for cash handling and sales transactions Experience working with alcohol in responsible beverage service environments such as breweries or nightclubs is desirable
