What You'll Do In This Role:

Welcome guests, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they enter the bar. Verify guests' identification to confirm legal drinking age compliance. Manage inventory and bar supplies, maintaining a clean and inviting bar area for incoming guests. Efficiently take and fulfill drink and food orders, prioritizing speed and accuracy. Employ upselling techniques to promote premium liquor options. Recommend and promote specialty drinks to enhance guest experience. Prepare server drink orders promptly to support seamless service. Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, fruit, and serviceware. Expedite the closing process for guests' tabs in a timely manner. Uphold cleanliness standards through regular bar maintenance and glass washing. Proactively engage in prebussing and maintain eye contact with guests to ensure satisfaction. Address guest inquiries regarding drinks, food, or venue offerings, including Pickleball activities. Foster effective communication and collaboration with team members to deliver exceptional guest service. Complete all assigned sidework and adhere to cleaning checklists to uphold bar cleanliness and organization.
