Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your role is crucial in creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of beverages, garnishes, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol. Collaborate with kitchen staff for catering events or special functions as required. Utilize POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently.

Experience

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained. A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills to enhance guest experiences.
