We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with precision and flair Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, cocktail recipes, and menu offerings Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met Operate Square systems for order processing and cash handling Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as necessary Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area Collaborate with kitchen staff to support banquet events and catering services when required Handle cash transactions accurately, performing basic math for payments and change

Experience

Previous bartending experience is preferred Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety standards is essential Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly valued Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations are necessary Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is an advantage
