Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic speed Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the bar area is well-maintained and organized. Previous experience in gentlemen's clubs or nightclubs is highly desirable.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences. Operate the Clover POS or Toast POS systems efficiently for order entry and payment processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and equipment. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations while serving food items when required. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Demonstrate strong time management skills by efficiently managing multiple orders during peak hours.

Requirements

Proven experience as a speed Bartender in a bar setting, with gentlemen's club or nightclub experience preferred. Proficiency in operating POS systems (Clover POS or Toast POS) is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with cocktail recipes is a plus. Previous experience in gentlemen's clubs or fast paced nighclubs is desirable.
