We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the bar area to the highest standards.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Participate in special events or banquets as needed, providing support for beverage service.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Familiarity with food handling practices and cash handling procedures is essential. Basic math skills are necessary for managing transactions and inventory counts. Knowledge of brewing techniques and retail math is a plus. A background in hospitality or fine dining environments will be advantageous. Experience with banquet service is helpful but not mandatory.
