Role Summary:
Our Bartenders are stewards of the Inn's historic spirit - crafting classic cocktails with precision, warmth, and a sense of story. From Audubon Bar to poolside service, this role delivers elevated yet effortless hospitality with consistency and charm.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beverages to Arizona Inn standards
Maintain deep knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and house offerings
Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while anticipating needs
Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and bar presentation
Support restaurant & pool service during peak times
Comply with food & beverage safety standards and alcohol service laws
Qualifications:
2+ years bartending experience preferred (luxury or boutique hotel experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails
Exceptional guest service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced yet refined environment
Current AZ alcohol certification
