We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that our guests receive an unforgettable experience. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing top-notch service in a bar and grill setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Toast POS . Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in managing bar supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service . Uphold responsible serving practices, including checking identification to verify legal drinking age. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) is desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus, along with retail math capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
