Job Summary

Need 1 experienced bartenders. Must have experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards.

Skills

Knowledge of brewing techniques is a must. Proficient in basic math for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Experience in a bartending and food service roles. Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Familiarity with POS systems. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
