Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and food handling standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and billing Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety protocols Assist in catering events, banquets, or nightclub settings by serving drinks efficiently and managing multiple tables or stations Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure seamless service Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills; process payments swiftly and securely

Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; retail math skills are a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in the food industry or hospitality sector Basic math proficiency for cash handling and sales transactions; experience with cashiering is beneficial Previous experience serving in the food industry or retail environment is preferred; catering or banquet experience is a plus Knowledge of brewing techniques or nightclub operations can enhance your effectiveness in this role

Pay: From $11.25 per hour
