Overview

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service skills, with experience in various food and beverage settings. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a background in bartending and/or mixology will thrive in this position. The bartender will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of food safety and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using Toast POS systems. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards during busy hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-serving. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events such as parties or catering functions. Uphold all food safety standards related to beverage preparation and serving.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS systems is advantageous. Strong skills in time management, sales, customer service, basic math, and food handling are essential for success in this role. Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices is required.

Pay:

$13/hour training wage; $7.50/hour bartending wage + tips
