$16.00-$18.00/hr | Non-Tipping



Full Time 11:00am-7:30pm | Rotating Weekends and Holidays

The Bartender courteously and professionally mixes and/or serves all residents and their guest cocktails, wines and drinks in the dining room and bar. The Bartender maintains par levels of all bar supplies, maintains a neat and orderly work area, and secures all liquor inventory and supplies. The Bartender completes order guides and submits requests to the Dining Services Director.



Qualifications:



Successful completion/passing of the PA Liquor Control Board approved Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) Server/Seller Training Program required Must be at least Twenty-One (21) years of age Six months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions and written communication Ability to perform simple math calculations Must be able to maintain an accurate inventory of supplies Ability to provide exceptional customer service and positive interactions Capable of working independently or as a team Creative thinking and positive attitude

Responsibilities and Expectations:



Must possess and exhibit a strong positive attitude toward customer service and have a genuine interest in senior care. Able to uphold the philosophy of the community. Performs opening and closing duties for the bar and lounge area. Sets up and monitors any snacks or food items served in the lounge area. Prepares and courteously serves beverages during hours of operation. Monitors guest alcohol consumption and informs management of any potential issues. Keeps area neat and orderly at all times and follows daily sanitation cleaning schedules. Accurately pours drinks and monitors liquor usage to insure accurate sales and inventory records. Attends in-service training sessions with coworkers to keep current with knowledge in the field. May be asked to fill in as a Host, Server or other areas as needed. Maintains confidentiality and rights of all customers. * Interacts cooperatively with residents, families, visitors and other team members.
