Bartenders Wanted - High-Volume Experience Required

Mouth of the South is hiring experienced bartenders to join our team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and prior restaurant and bartending experience is required. We are not currently seeking candidates who are new to the industry.

Bartender Responsibilities

Follow established cocktail recipes accurately Memorize the menu for confident, on-demand recommendations Upsell food and beverage items appropriately Manage large groups efficiently with precise order taking Maintain a welcoming, casual dining atmosphere Resolve guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
Bartender Qualifications

Previous restaurant and bartending experience required Strong customer service and hospitality skills Comfortable using POS systems Professional, well-groomed appearance Ability to perform well under pressure in a high-volume setting Excellent composure in fast-paced environments Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and improve
