Job Summary

Bronco Kelly's is seeking energetic, skilled, and dependable Bartenders to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is fast, friendly, professional, and thrives in a busy, high-energy bar environment. Responsibilities

Obtain and maintain a valid OLCC Alcohol Server Permit and Food Handler's Card Arrive consistently on time and prepared for scheduled shifts Set up bar section and ensure readiness by shift start Accurately enter all food and beverage orders into Toast POS with minimal errors Follow company procedures for cash handling, credit card transactions, and accounting Perform basic math and handle transactions confidently Provide friendly, professional, and positive interactions with guests, coworkers, and managers Ensure every guest is taken care of from entry to exit Follow management direction for side work, cleaning, and additional tasks Follow state liquor laws, OLCC rules, and company alcohol policies Use a jigger and follow all drink recipes to maintain consistent quality Maintain thorough knowledge of bar opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

Prior bartending experience preferred (craft cocktails or high volume a plus) Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong multitasking, time-management, and organizational abilities Ability to lift 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks associated with bar work

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
