We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in customer service, particularly within fine dining or nightlife environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional service to our guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks will be essential in delivering an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and payment transactions. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or catering events to ensure seamless service. Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and food service practices to enhance guest interactions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle busy periods while maintaining quality service. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. A passion for the food industry and hospitality, along with a willingness to learn new skills related to bartending and beverage preparation.
