Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of food and drinks. Operate our POS system Toast Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently using strong time management skills to ensure prompt service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties like giving change and processing credit card payments. Assist with food service when necessary, including serving snacks or small plates during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and responsible alcohol service in accordance with licensing laws. Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere suitable for nightclubs or other entertainment venues.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments preferred. Familiarity with our POS systems Toast Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and alcohol serving regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing. Experience with catering or large event service is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage trends is an added advantage for enhancing guest experience.
