Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service skills, with experience in food and beverage service in various settings such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquets. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred, along with strong time management and sales abilities. The Bartender will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our patrons while ensuring adherence to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for orders, payments, and cash handling. Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, and utensils in accordance with health standards. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts. Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash register at the end of each shift. Assist in catering events, banquets, or special functions as required. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business.

Qualifications

Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles such as restaurant, nightclub, or banquet service is highly desirable. Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations. Experience in serving at fine dining establishments or nightclubs is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments such as brewing events or catering functions. Pay: $20.74 - $45.00 per hour
