Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales of beverages and food items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate transactions. Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices, especially in nightclub or banquet settings. Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at events or catering functions. Collaborate with team members to manage busy shifts effectively through excellent time management skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, restaurant, retail food industry, or nightlife environments such as nightclubs or banquets. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications. Experience in catering or event service is a plus.
