Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service environments. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in both casual and fine dining settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred, along with strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently. Previous experience in nightclubs, banquet settings, or the food industry is a plus.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for bills and payments Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils as needed Handle food service responsibilities such as serving snacks or small plates when required Assist with catering events or banquets, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction Monitor guest consumption responsibly and promote responsible drinking practices

Experience

Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet environments Knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively Experience with food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills Familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and basic math operations necessary for billing accuracy Previous experience in fine dining or catering environments is advantageous Proven ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced settings such as nightclubs or busy restaurant bars
