Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a keen understanding of fine dining service. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive atmosphere in our establishment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using OpenTable or other ordering systems. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections. Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with basic math skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Uphold cleanliness standards in the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests. Provide recommendations for food pairings and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Requirements

Previous experience in a server role within a fine dining or nightclub environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests. Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling procedures is highly desirable. Proficiency in using restaurant management software such as OpenTable is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions effectively. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
