As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to promote responsible drinking practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or special events. Uphold all health and safety regulations within the bar area, ensuring compliance with local laws regarding alcohol service.

Skills

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Experience in casual dining establishments is preferred, showcasing an understanding of high-quality service standards. Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Familiarity with banquet service practices is a plus, particularly in high-volume settings. Proficiency in food service operations within the food industry, ensuring seamless collaboration with kitchen staff. Experience using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions is essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.58 per hour

Expected hours: 16.00 - 24.00 per week
