Job Summary


We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, and experience in fast-paced dining environments. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience in both casual and fine dining settings. A background in nightclub, banquet, or food service operations is preferred, along with proficiency in POS systems such as Harbortouch. The bartender will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Duties



Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Hrbortouch. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage cash handling, billing, and POS transactions with accuracy using retail math and basic math skills. Restock supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure timely service. Uphold food safety standards during food handling and serving when applicable. Assist in setting up for special events such as nightclubs or banquets when required. Maintain knowledge of current beverage trends, menu offerings, and promotional activities to enhance guest experience.

Experience



Proven experience as a bartender in restaurant, nightclub, banquet, or food industry settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Harbortouch is preferred. Strong skills in time management, sales techniques, customer service, and cash handling are essential. Experience working in fine dining environments or catering services is a plus. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations is required. Previous roles involving serving at food establishments or retail environments demonstrate relevant skills for this position. Ability to work nights and weekends as needed; hospitality experience across various settings enhances suitability for this role. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2.62 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
