to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys serving great beer and cocktails while also helping guests discover our Detroit-style pizzas, signature burgers, and other Backlot favorites. Bartenders in this position will primarily serve at

Backlot Pizza + Kitchen

, while also supporting the

ACX Cinema 12+ bar and dine-in theatres

and the

Backlot Sports+ Bar

to ensure a smooth and consistent guest experience across all areas.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, attentive service at Backlot Pizza + Kitchen, with additional support at the ACX Cinema 12+ bar and dine-in theatres and Backlot Sports+ Bar. Confidently describe and recommend our Detroit-style pizzas, burgers, appetizers, and rotating kitchen features. Take and enter both food and beverage orders accurately. Mix and serve classic and specialty cocktails; pour beer with consistency and care. Deliver food and assist with running plates as needed. Keep all bar and dine-in service areas clean, organized, and fully stocked. Assist with bussing and maintaining tidy guest spaces. Operate the POS system for orders, payments, and tabs. Complete opening and closing cleaning and restocking duties. Ensure guests have a safe, enjoyable dining and moviegoing experience.

Qualifications

Previous bartending or serving experience preferred. Interest in our menu and ability to clearly explain items to guests. Solid knowledge of beer styles and cocktail basics is a plus. Must be 19+ to serve alcohol in Nebraska. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Positive, welcoming attitude during busy service hours. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Open availability preferred.
