Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently, handle cash handling responsibilities, and ensure accurate transactions. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events. Restock bar supplies proactively, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to ensure seamless service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering or banquet setups, ensuring timely food and beverage delivery. Uphold responsible serving practices by verifying identification and adhering to alcohol service laws. Utilize basic math skills for accurate pouring, measuring, and cash handling while managing tabs or sales. Contribute to a lively atmosphere by participating in promotions or themed events that boost sales and guest engagement.

Experience

Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of food safety standards related to food handling and beverage service. Experience in retail math or hospitality math to accurately handle cash transactions and sales calculations. Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws; previous experience in food industry roles is advantageous. Pay: $20.32 - $24.47 per hour
