Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, handle cash and card transactions, and manage tabs seamlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and communicating needs to management proactively. Handle food handling procedures responsibly when serving food items or garnishes alongside beverages. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and responsible serving practices. Assist with event setups such as banquets or nightclubs, providing excellent catering service when needed. Use basic math skills for accurate cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours or special events like nightclub nights or private parties. Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.

Experience

Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining settings or high-energy environments such as nightclubs is highly preferred. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in food service or hospitality roles. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous. Experience in catering or banquet service enhances your ability to adapt to diverse event needs. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential for maintaining health regulations. Strong math skills for cash handling, retail math applications, and accurate sales recording are required. Background in the food industry or retail environments demonstrates your capability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
