- A modern American restaurant featuring seasonal menus, a Chef's Tasting Menu, and a robust wine and cocktail program.

Hugo's Wood-Fired Kitchen

- A lively Mediterranean-inspired restaurant offering wood-fired pizzas, small plates, and a dynamic bar program.
Both restaurants are dedicated to culinary creativity, teamwork, and warm hospitality.

Responsibilities

Provide welcoming, knowledgeable service at the bar and in the dining room Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency Engage guests with recommendations and upselling, enhancing the bar experience Maintain thorough knowledge of drink recipes, seasonal cocktails, and wine offerings Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with ID-checking laws Process transactions accurately through POS system Collaborate with FOH and BOH staff to deliver timely service Uphold sanitation, safety, and quality standards behind the bar
Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar required Strong mixology and beverage knowledge Excellent communication and guest-service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
