Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accuracy Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs for ordering to management Uphold responsible serving practices by verifying IDs and adhering to alcohol service regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service Demonstrate excellent time management skills during busy shifts to serve multiple tables efficiently Ensure all food handling procedures are followed diligently to maintain safety standards in food service environments

Experience

Previous experience as a bartender in cocktail lounge, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as toast POS or Micros POS for processing sales accurately Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Experience working in the food industry, retail math, or hospitality environments demonstrating effective math skills including basic math and retail math Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills during high-volume shifts Prior experience with catering or banquet service is a plus, showcasing versatility in different hospitality settings

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
