Join our vibrant team as a Bartender, where you'll be at the heart of the action, crafting delightful beverages and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests! In this role, you will showcase your mixology skills while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and precision. Engage with customers to provide personalized service and recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Process transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service during busy hours, ensuring timely delivery of orders. Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Assist in setting up for special events, including banquets and catering services, to enhance guest experiences.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in bartending or food service within a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.

Preferred qualifications

Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Experience with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management. Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus!
