Job Title: Bartender

Highball, a dynamic Restaurant and Bar in the heart of downtown, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bartender. Hailing from any Front of House (FOH) role in the restaurant industry, you will be a key player in delivering top-tier customer service and creating unique drink experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and serving customers Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Previous bartending experience is not required, as we offer comprehensive training. However, experience in any FOH restaurant role is highly preferred.


As a part of Highball's FOH team, you will also be a member of our marketing, social media, and content creation team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with our vibrant community, both in-person and online, and contribute to our brand's growth.
