Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for processing transactions and managing tabs. Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during peak hours or special events such as banquets or catering functions. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy shifts effectively. Stay informed about drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
