Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy setting. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering is preferred, along with proficiency in various Point of Sale (POS) systems such as Aloha and Micros. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and service.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and stocked. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders efficiently and accurately. Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems (Aloha, Micros) for order processing. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure guest safety. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or special events to ensure seamless service. Stay updated on beverage trends, including brewing techniques and cocktail recipes. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros) is highly desirable. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs. Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus; familiarity with retail math is beneficial. A passion for hospitality, brewing techniques, and providing exceptional guest experiences.
