Duties



Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations while handling food and beverages. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock stations as needed. Handle cash transactions efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures; perform basic math calculations for accurate billing. Collaborate with team members during busy hours to ensure smooth service flow in settings like nightclubs, restaurants, or banquet events. Uphold responsible serving practices by recognizing intoxication signs and adhering to alcohol service policies.

Requirements



Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering and retail math is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods using strong time management skills. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Prior experience in catering or food industry roles that involve serving large groups or managing banquet functions is desirable. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math proficiency. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or special events as required in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.60 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 16 per week
