Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your ability to engage with customers and maintain a vibrant atmosphere will contribute significantly to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and cash registers.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service policies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Experience

- Previous experience in bartending and related roles
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Familiarity with retail math for managing transactions effectively is a plus.
- Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

*All interested candidates must have at least 2 years bartending experience in a full service, high volume restaurant.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.23 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
