Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to understand and respond to individual guest needs. Ability to work efficiently at a rapid pace while maintaining strong attention to detail and effective multitasking. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow direction. Professional demeanor with effective and respectful communication at all times. Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient during high-pressure or high-volume service periods. Ability to handle guest concerns or complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures. Strong sense of independence and responsibility. Full-time availability with flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous service or fine-dining experience preferred. Spanish-speaking skills a plus. Knowledge of Tiki cocktails preferred. Interest in contributing to the development of an impressive, dynamic bar program. A genuine enjoyment of hospitality--someone who loves hosting, connecting with guests, and creating a fun, memorable experience.
