Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cashiering and retail math calculations Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and adhere to all food safety and liquor laws Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving food during events like banquets or catering functions Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple guests promptly without compromising quality Support the team in maintaining a lively, safe environment in nightclubs or other entertainment venues

Skills

Proven experience in food service or hospitality, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and proper beverage serving techniques Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy Experience with catering or large event service is a plus Knowledge of brewing processes or beverage preparation techniques is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events

Pay: $20.47 - $24.65 per hour
