Job Summary

We are seeking a bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for making beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Interact with guests to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere. Manage cash handling and operate the cash register accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Assist in event services as needed, ensuring timely beverage service during events. Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and promotions to effectively upsell items. Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage service.

Requirements

Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
