The ideal candidates will have strong experience in the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, mixing and serving drinks, and providing an exceptional guest experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and handling cash accurately. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about food and drink selections. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service during events or busy periods. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Uphold health and safety regulations while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience is required. Familiarity using point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment operation. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs. Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with local regulations.
