The Alcester Clubhouse Grille is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a welcoming environment for our guests, mixing drinks to perfection, and providing top-notch customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following established recipes and guidelines Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring that the bar is well-stocked at all times Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws and regulations Assist with setting up and closing down the bar, including restocking supplies and cleaning as needed Work collaboratively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory Must be at least 21 years of age Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
