Slice Parlor in the NE Heights seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food service and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Bartending and beer pouring skills is a plus. As a Bartender you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied throughout their dining experience.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Efficiently prepare drinks and cocktails, perform nightly inventory checks. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience while maximizing sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and address any guest concerns promptly. Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to help guests with inquiries or special requests. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
