Located in Chittenden, Vermont, our 4-season luxury resort is continually expanding operations. As a result, we\'re looking to hire team members for new and existing position. Mountain Top Resort is seeking to hire seasonal full-time and part-time Barn Helpers. This position reports to the Stable Supervisor and helps to support the daily operations of the Trail and Lesson Barns as deemed appropriate by the Stable Supervisor. This job entails but is not limited to:

• Assisting Trail Guides with the safe and proper operation of guided trail rides
• Assisting Riding Instructors with the safe and proper operation of riding lessons
• The safe and proper care of horses, equipment and facilities used in each barn
• Gathering horses as needed for the day\'s ride schedule
• Feeding and medicating horses as deemed appropriate by the Stable Supervisor
• Grooming and tacking horses as appropriate
• Proper maintenance of equipment, horses, and barn
• Special projects and other tasks as needed

We are seeking candidates that:

• Have the ability to handle heavy objects
• Have previous experience with care of horses
• Have reliable transportation
• Have the ability to work weekends as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits:
