Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their bar experience Take drink and food orders accurately, ensuring prompt delivery and presentation Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, coffee drinks, and other specialty beverages, adhering to recipes and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food and beverages at all times Support catering events or banquet functions by serving guests efficiently and professionally Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service quality in a fast-paced environment Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently to promote a safe dining experience for everyone

Qualifications

Proven experience in fine dining or upscale food service environments is highly preferred Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills Experience serving in bars, restaurants, catering events, or banquet settings is advantageous Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety protocols Previous barista or beverage preparation experience is a plus Familiarity with dietary accommodations and food allergy awareness enhances guest safety Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a lively setting Hospitality or food industry background demonstrates adaptability and professionalism Certification in food safety or responsible alcohol service is desirable but not mandatory A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences

Pay: From $7.25 per hour
