We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As an Experienced Bartender, you will craft beverages, engage with guests, and help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with guests Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area Take drink orders and serve them efficiently in a busy environment Handle cash, tabs, and TOAST POS transactions accurately Monitor guest well-being and promote responsible alcohol service Restock bar inventory and communicate supply needs to management Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, nightclub, or hospitality setting Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Must be legally eligible to serve alcohol in this state TIPS, SERV Safe, or bartending certification preferred (if applicable)What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay + tips Flexible scheduling Positive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and training Employee discounts
