Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional and passionate Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations and ensure that every guest experience reflects the quality and personality of Nocturno. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hospitality-driven, and skilled at balancing creativity with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional service Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation standards Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control Collaborate with ownership and bar leads on menu development and seasonal updates Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and adherence to policies Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations Foster a positive and professional team culture that aligns with the Nocturno brand

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in bar management or a leadership role in a high-volume, craft-focused bar or restaurant Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations Proven ability to lead and develop a team Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Understanding of cost management, inventory systems, and scheduling A calm and professional demeanor under pressure
