Job Summary:
Under minimal supervision, safely and efficiently backfill and compact pipe trench to specifications, changing/properly using compaction attachments as required
Hours:
Ability to work hourly full time, generally 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays More/less hours may be required based on weather conditions and project demands Winter layoff may occur annually
Required:
Authorized to work in the United States Minimum of at least 18 years of age Ability to work according to Roloff Construction's core values: +

- work well with others on your crew and throughout the companyMinimum of one year experience working in an excavator Physical Requirements: + Sit for long periods of time
+ Get out of equipment and assist ground personnel as needed
+ Climb up and down ladders
+ Be able to see (naturally or with correction)
Preferred:
Experience operating an excavator in the underground utility construction industry preferred * High school education or equivalent preferred
