We are actively hiring an AWS / UI Software Developer with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Information Technology Division working in McLean, VA. As our expert level developer, you will be part of an Agile team building a cloud native user interface to integrate a collaborative tool, accessing multiple databases across multiple agencies. The team will be responsible for design, maintenance and accreditation of the cloud-based solutions. You will lead the team\xe2\x80\x99s development efforts building on previous Sponsor\xe2\x80\x99s work to develop accredit and deploy the next phase of this collaborative tool. As the development lead you will be responsible for working with the project management staff to facilitate the projects development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating, publishing and managing APIs and data ingestion points with external services.
• Programming languages and scripting methods including C, C++, C#, Grails, and Perl
• Providing technical leadership in delivering architecture, engineering, and operation services.
• Developing and integrating multiple data sources to provide customized Dashboards for senior management and government clients.
• Integration with MySQL, PostgreSQL in a cloud native environment
• Creating secure applications systems utilizing IC security guidelines and utilizing Customer Authentication and Authorization systems.
• Designing, configuring, and maintaining the Information Technology Infrastructure associated with an IT system hosted in the C2S environment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferably in an IT related field 8 years of related experience; or a Masters with 6 years of experience; an Associates with 10 years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the design, development and implementation of new software products or major enhancements to existing software in an agile environment
• Experience in an agile development environment working in a matrixed team across multiple primes
• Experience refactoring legacy code and/or applications in a cloud native environment
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of server-less computing concepts
• 3+ years of experience with cloud migration solutions and hybrid cloud management solutions.
• Experience refactoring legacy code and/or applications in a cloud native environment
• Demonstrated experience developing new and enhancing existing UIs for Web applications
• Experience with Dojo and jQuery UI
• Demonstrated experience with programming languages and scripting methods including Python, PHP, Java, Bash, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Demonstrated experience developing with Java, HTML5, middleware, Angular JS, Bootstrap and CSS
• Demonstrated experience using the Spring framework with Java.
• Demonstrated experience using an object-relational mapping framework in Java, such as Hibernate.
• Demonstrated experience developing highly available systems on Cloud infrastructure utilizing Linux and advanced bash scripts.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with enterprise-level deployments, to include customer governance, policy definitions, policy management and automation, and customer interfaces used to deliver integrated security solutions across multiple security domains is desired
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• AWS Developer Certification and/or AWS DevOps Certification
• Professional Scrum Master
