Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), is currently seeking an AV (Audio Visual) Principal for a position in Las Vegas, NV. This will be an onsite, permanent opportunity. Job Requirements \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or related field desired \xc2\xb7 5 years experience programming Audio/Video control systems desired \xc2\xb7 Must possess excellent guest service skills to effectively deal with guests \xc2\xb7 Experience with control systems, switching hardware, audio DSP setup and calibration \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as: TCP/IP, addressing, VLANs, and VPN \xc2\xb7 Experience with interface (GUI) design and graphics applications \xc2\xb7 Crestron control systems programming experience \xc2\xb7 Advanced knowledge of Office applications, i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Windows \xc2\xb7 Prior experience with AV Components and applications is a plus (Q-Sys, Dante, Daktronics, Analog Way, HDMI, XLR, Crestron, TV\'s and speakers Preferred \xc2\xb7 Certified Crestron Programmer certificate \xc2\xb7 Expert enterprise-level experience in Crestron, Q-Sys, BrightSign and Analog Way Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation and integration of Audio/Video control system programs
• Troubleshoot Audio/Video systems including, but not limited to: Crestron, Q-Sys, RockBot, DirecTV, Cox Cable, Tangerine, Enseo, BrightSign.
• Provide IT Operators with guidance for basic troubleshooting of Audio/Video Systems
• Provide recommendations for Audio/Video systems
• Coordinate replacement and implementation of Audio/Video systems and hardware
