- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of wireless technology and electronics sales is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
