We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a

Spare Parts Sales Associate.

The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and manufacturing. This role requires proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word, as well as experience in generating estimates, order processing, and managing shipping logistics.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Interact with customers to understand their order requirements, address inquiries, and provide assistance throughout the ordering process.

BOM Knowledge:

Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) to accurately assess component requirements and facilitate order processing.

Excel Experience:

Proficiency in Excel to manage order data, track inventory levels, and generate reports as needed.

Microsoft Word Experience:

Use Microsoft Word to create documentation such as invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels.

Estimates:

Collaborate with sales and production teams to generate accurate estimates based on customer requirements and company capabilities.

Order Processing:

Process incoming orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all details are captured and communicated effectively to the production team.

Shipping:

Coordinate shipping logistics, including selecting appropriate carriers, arranging pickups, and preparing shipping documentation to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service and manufacturing settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation. Knowledge of shipping procedures and logistics is preferred but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
