As a AT&T Sales Trainee at Pac North Best, you will serve as the face of our clients in B2B settings to represent and enhance AT&T's brand to consumers. Your goal will be to inform potential and existing customers, ascertain their connectivity requirements, and direct them towards solutions that enhance their quality of life, such as enhanced wireless coverage, faster Internet, or entertainment packages. The AT&T Sales Trainee role is perfect for ambitious professionals who love interacting with people, solving problems, and working in a fast paced environment. AT&T Sales Trainee Day-to-Day:



Drive product awareness while representing AT&T in a B2B sales environment Engage customers, proactively determine their telecom requirements and provide sales solutions To increase customer satisfaction and promote repeat business, cultivate a strong rapport with B2B teams and customers. Offer and upsell TV, Internet, and wireless packages that suit the needs of customers Maintain a thorough understanding of wireless goods, services, and special deals in order to deliver accurate and current information. Stay on top of sales performance, track, leads, and conversions in our CRM systems Work collaboratively with fellow AT&T Sales Trainee to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

AT&T Sales Trainee Qualifications:



Goal orientated, driven people who take pleasure in customer interaction and sales Strong in a personal skills and self assured communication Prior experience as an AT&T Sales Trainee is preferred Self motivated professionals to thrive in competitive sales environment While not necessary, prior sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus Willingness to pick things up and adjust quickly
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
